Stills Forever
is a catalogue solution capable of indexing up to one million items
of photographic or other documentary material. All entries can be
split up into numerous categories and sub categories that are all
user definable.
Each item entered
can be placed in more than one category, thus providing the user
with a powerful and accurate search facility.
Users setup
their own categories which will apply to their specific needs. For
example if you are a Landscape photographer you could create categories
such as Hills, Lakes etc.
Users are able
to add, modify and delete all entries within the system, thus enabling
complete control over the cataloging system.
The latest version
now allows the user to build a portable catalogue, whereby each
record allows a link to documentation stored in either DOC or PDF
format and also with the facility to follow a series of JPG files
(e.g. Castlea1.jpg....Castlea10.jpg would be a series of 10 pictures
relating to castle A).
If all images,
documents and other related material are placed in the provided
folders, which they must be in order to use the catalogue feature,
the user can save the folder together with the portable viewer and
also the required DOC Viewer and Acrobat Reader (all available FREE)
to a CD and distribute.
If you require
any of the viewers to complete the portable catalogue, you may download
them using the links below. If you are not including DOC or PDF
files in your catalogue you will not need the viewers.
