The Service Contracts
The options in this module include automatic invoicing of contracts as they become due for renewal, management of calls for engineers and costing the job to a contract or to the customer if the parts or labour are chargeable.

As well as client contracts, there is an option for sundry service jobs.

These jobs can be invoiced automatically on completion and added to the clients' accounts or charged to a sundry customer using normal payment methods of cash, cheque, or credit card.

Metered Charges
For companies who supply metered products there is an option for automatic invoicing from meter readings, this can be utilized in industries such as games machine suppliers and copier product suppliers..

Stock Control
The system allows for 20 departments although three of them are taken up by specific tasks leaving 17 user definable.

Bar Code reading has been incorporated into this product which offers full stock control analysis and inventory features, offering total stock management.

Sales and Purchase Ledgers
This product includes all the options required to produce monthly, quarterly and year end reports.

Order Processing
The final module offers a feature packed solution for companies such as builders merchants or trade counters and allows orders placed during a sales period to be invoiced at thr end of the period. A delivery note is produced at the point of sale, as the client places and collects the order.
