Double bookings are a thing of the past when you use Resource 2000 Booking Manager.

Originally designed for a large insurance company to manage training rooms, computer equipment and overhead projectors, this application has since been installed into hairdressers and beauticians, sports therapists & cyber cafes to name just a few users.

This package can be run on a single PC or as a network package if you purchase the relevant license. It is easy to install and use.

Each resource that you need to manage is added.

When the resource is needed by a member of the team, it is easy to see when it is available for use.

Day lengths can be set up to suit your operating hours. The defaults are set at 08:00 to 18:00 which displays 20 half hour slots per day.

You can decide how long after the booking has expired you want to store the history.

There are two view options, 7 days or 31 days. The first column always initializes on the current day. This may be changed by moving forward or back by one day or seven days. This is accomplished by using buttons supplied for the job. Moving in larger increments is carried out by a calendar selection.

Now you are ready to make bookings!
Bookings can now be made to span several days, up to 31 if you have the View set to 31 days. Spanning means that you can book the coffee room every morning between 9:30 and 10:00.

The screens are easy to read. For the Resource that's selected, its booked slots are shown on the week or month planner.

Each booking is given a code number, so that block bookings can be seen at a glance.

Multi-user
The package has been designed for a workgroup environment and therefore may be installed on many remote terminals all using and updating shared data. Client keys must be purchased for each additional installation of this software.
