A new addition
to our 2000 range brings a fully Y2K compliant piece of software
to training and service industries.
There are no
limits to the usefulness of this piece of software that will allow
a vast database of questions and answers to be built across several
departments and grouped under numerous categories. This can be used
for training staff in telesales and many other services and also
would be widely acceptable in any educational establishment.
If you have
a training department or are involved in staff or student appraisal
you will find this software a time saving, invaluable addition to
your assets.
Supervisors
in different departments can add their own sets of questions and
also tap into the questions built by other supervisors.
A supervisor
can set up test plans, stipulating the number of questions to include
and from which categories they are to be taken. From that point
any tests are built around the plan criteria until the plan is changed.
Each time a
candidate takes a test the questions are changed, so supplying a
new set of test questions for each.
The system allows
ten supervisor levels and 100 categories on each level and the possibility
of storing up to 10 million questions in a mix of multi-choice or
multiple answer questions (dependent on the system resources.)
The application
is password protected with administrator options being the overall
controller of the password list. The supervisors can switch between
supervisor and candidate mode.
The result of
a candidate test can be printed on any windows compatible printer
and will show the total marks achieved as a percentage and will
list all incorrect answers.
The system can
be set up to operate across a network but a multi-user pack will
need to be purchased in order to operate this software on more than
one computer.
