You simply add all your addresses into a database, these could be clients, friends or relatives depending on your specific needs. Then its just a matter of selecting the address that you wish to print an envelope for. Once you have selected the address you wish to use, envelope size, fonts, and address position can be set. Enabling you to truly customize the look of your envelope.

The users of AddPrintPro can also modify existing entries within the database, by either modifying existing data or completely deleting an entry.

A back-up option is also available so that you can reduce the chances of you loosing your data.

AddPrintPro has the added features of printable banner advertisement on all envelopes that you print.

The latest version now allows the user to size the banner area by dragging the borders and also moving the image around the envelope with the aid of the mouse.
